7-11 X Kuai Kuai puffcorn snack

Design Inspiration:

My target audience is people of all ages who miss traditional Taiwanese snacks. Today, it has become more difficult to find these snacks in convenience stores. I wish to design an all-in-one snack series that include a variety of traditional Taiwanese snacks for snack lovers who miss traditional snacks.
 

As a student studying abroad in the states, having these Taiwanese traditional snacks can lessen my homesickness and recall the good memories of my hometown. Also, I wanted to make a collaboration between convenience store 7-11 and the most popular Taiwanese snack brand KUAI KUAI to make these traditional Taiwanese snacks available to more people.

Design Concept:

Promote Taiwanese traditional snacks to the younger generation. The main brand that markets and sells the series of snacks would be 7-11, which is the most well-known convenience store in Taiwan, in collaboration with KUAI KUAI, which is the largest snacker manufacturer in Taiwan.

Merchandise Brainstorming:

1.  Launched merchandise in tradtional Taiwanese elements and styles-merchandises are useful and can be stored to commemorate.

2.  7-11 identification employee badge, icash (in response to this traditional Taiwanese snacks)

3.  Give out merchandise gifts in each snack packages

Learning Outcomes:

To promote traditional Taiwanese snacks to the public in the future, 7-11 can launch traditional Taiwanese snack week and sell traditional snack products collaborating with not only KUAI KUAI but other local snack manufacturers. We can use 7-11 as the platform to market and promote traditional Taiwanese snacks. 
 

To enhance the design of the snack packaging, I look forward to adding descriptions of each snack to introduce and explain its unique background. Moreover, people who eat the snacks will be able to learn more about the history of the snacks.
