On Jan 28th, 2023, I wrote Chinese couplets at @thinkchinatowns Bai Nian拜年 event. for the charity event Thank you TiC for giving me this opportunity to showcase this unique Chinese traditional art to more people.

 

Chinese calligraphy has been an art type that inherits ancient chinese history and culture. Each character implies different meaning, and each form type indicates the different settings and artists that created the characters. Today, handwritten Chinese calligraphy are less seen in the public due to the rise of technology and the convenience of creating these Chinese characters with digital art tools. I hope to share this unique chinese art using its most original form and send blessings through these handwritten couplets.

🧧100% of the profit will be donated to "Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF)”, an international non-governmental organization who provides financial support to vulnerable children and their families and has its headquarters in Taichung, Taiwan.
