I am creating a website and a mobile app in the future as well, for my father’s construction company. Yu Ping Construction Co. (聿品建設) is a small-scale, private, and local construction company in Taiwan founded by my grandfather. I was inspired by my father, who is currently taking place to manage this construction company, to help him design a mobile app and website platform so he can expand his brand and reach more audiences and potential customers by advertising through the digital world. I am also aware of the expansion of the potential customers overseas on the internet. Hence, I am thinking of making language options for customers to switch to when scrolling the website.

 

The operation process for advertising, sales, and marketing still follows a old school such as a small-scale reception center with one or two salesman that can be approached to ask questions about the buildings that are for sale. Moreover, potential buyers on the internet claim that they were unable to find any company websites or related information about the company or the building itself.

 

Objective:

• To solve any buyer’s confusion

• Expand its market and reach more potential buyers

• Create a well-designed and organized online platforms including a website

• A mobile app to help the company adapt to the digital world.
